Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Centennial Park
BUDC is the project manager for the transformative park project converting the former LaSalle Park into the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Centennial Park. In 2018, the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation announced a $50 million commitment to the City of Buffalo to bring significant improvements and amenities to this park. This initial commitment has helped to leverage significant additional funding to nearly $150,000,000 for this transformative world-class park project. Construction work commenced in 2022, with phase 1 expected to be completed in late 2025.
