The Buffalo Urban Development Corporation’s Queen City Pop Up Program, in partnership with the City of Buffalo and Buffalo Place Inc., is excited to announce the 2024 Black History Month Downtown Dollars Giveaway promotion. This promotion highlights downtown’s black-owned shops and restaurants. BUDC will award $50 in Downtown Dollars Certificates to 80 winners from Monday, February 12, 2024, to Friday, February 16, 2024. The contest will be conducted through the Queen City Pop Up Facebook page. A live drawing awarding 20 winners will take place at the City of Buffalo’s Black Business Expo event on February 29, 2024, at One Seneca Tower from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. To enter for a chance to win, please follow the above social media channels for notifications and simple instructions on how to participate each day. Winners who respond will be randomly selected daily and notified with instructions on how to collect their Downtown Dollars!
