Re:         Special Real Estate Committee Meetings

As you are aware, the BUDC Real Estate Committee typically meets one week prior to the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting.  This month, we are scheduling two committee meetings.

The first meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 14^th at 9:00 a.m. and will be limited to a presentation and discussion regarding a potential project at Buffalo Lakeside Commerce Park.

The second meeting will be held on Friday, November 16^th at 9:00 a.m. and will include a presentation and discussion regarding a potential Buffalo Lakeside Commerce Park project and a full meeting agenda.  A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Buffalo Brownfield Restoration Corporation (BBRC) will immediately follow.

These meetings will be held at 95 Perry Street, 4^th Floor Vista Room, Buffalo, NY 14203.  The Real Estate Committee will not meet on November 20^th as originally scheduled.  Please contact Carrie Hocieniec [email protected] to confirm your attendance plans.
